The Oratory is used in lieu of the Chapel for more intimate Liturgical Services. Master Craftsman Tobin Gray of Exeter, MO has Blessed us with constructing a beautiful Altar top for the Holy Table in the Oratory of Our Lady of Glastonbury. The Oratory is located in the Chapter House of St. Procula of Caesarea adjacent to the Chapel of St.Mary Magdalene in the Ozarks. On the Eighteenth Sunday After Trinity 2025 (at 10:00 a.m.) the Altar was Blessed & Consecrated to the Glory of Almighty God. Many thanks to “Toby” for donating the materials, his time and talent in presenting us this wonderful gift.
The Dedication & Blessing Service and the Divine Liturgy in the new Church Building were held on the Feast of the Motherhood of the Holy Lady Mary (10/11/2025) as planned. The smell of Cathedral Incense permeated our Temple of Worship. It was a long awaited Blessed Event. The Homily centered around our unworthiness for such Blessings. Tears, laughter and unbridled Joy were the emotions that we shared all throughout the time. Later in the afternoon more visitors came to see the Chapel. We received phone calls, emails and were stopped on the street of the Town Square and offered congratulations and words of support. Tobin Gray of Exeter, MO was the remodeling genius behind this Project. Note the bottom straight bar on the Steeple Cross to denote Western Rite Orthodoxy. The 1st Photo below is the Chapel at night. The 2nd photo is the Shrine of St, Mary in the rear loft of the Chapel. All others are of the Chapel interior. Click on each individually to enlarge the image.
